APPLICATION PROCESS

All Forge47 membership applications require an application fee of $250. Once your application is approved, this charge will be credited towards your initiation fee. If denied or waitlisted, your application fee will be refunded. To preserve the quality, safety, and culture of the Forge47 community, all membership applications include a background screening. Applicants with questions regarding the screening process or evaluation criteria are encouraged to contact us for more information.

SUMMER 2026 FOUNDING MEMBERS

Initiation fees and monthly dues will not begin billing until September 1, 2026 for founding members who are approved prior to club opening.

CORE

CORE level membership grants full main floor access at the club, including main dining and event spaces, Embyr bar, sidewalk seating, use of conference and private meeting rooms, podcast and social media rooms, and library from 6am to 2am daily. Members also enjoy access to event bookings for any space on the property, exclusive Forge47-hosted member events, virtual business services including business address, mail, print and copy, and priority access and discounts to Forge47 Partners including discounted room rates at Marriott on Colby. CORE members may also host one guest per visit.

ELITE

The ELITE membership tier includes all amenities in CORE membership, as well as access to the second floor of the club. Members enjoy exclusive access to the rooftop bar and patio, along with priority event booking and a 10% discount on event rentals. ELITE members also receive access to Forge47 Concierge Services and Forge's Master Sommelier curated Wine Club, as well as an invitation to the annual Founders Dinner for early adopters. Members may host up to three guests per visit.

UNLIMITED

The UNLIMITED membership tier includes all amenities in CORE and ELITE memberships, with access to the entire club property. Members enjoy exclusive VIP and Underground access, including the game room with bar and golf simulator, wine room with private dining, mini-spa featuring a sauna, cold plunge, and lockers, private garage access with EV charging stations, and access to the speakeasy (opening 2027). UNLIMITED members receive priority booking for all club spaces with a 20% discount, as well as complimentary Concierge and Valet services. Members may host up to five guests per visit.
